Tricia Gates Brown

I am an everyday theologian working as a writer/editor in Oregon's Willamette Valley. After completing an MA in theology then a PhD from the University of St. Andrews in 2000, I continued to pursue my studies—energetically self-educating in theology, spirituality, and the emotional life. I'm currently a Candidate for Ordination in the Episcopal Diocese of Oregon, training to do Spiritual Care (chaplaincy). My essays have appeared in Oregon Humanities and Portland Magazine.
